If you purchased through Google Play:

  • Although credit card authorization *usually* occurs instantly, in rare cases it may need up to a few hours to complete.
    In that case wait and then:

    Open G Cloud app → SettingsAccount Settings → and Tap Sync Account (For G Cloud 4.0 users)
    or

    Open G Cloud app → Go to the menu in the upper left corner → SettingsAccount info and Tap Sync Account (For G Cloud 5.0 users)

  • If problem persists, refer to Google Play’s payment troubleshooting guide:

  • If the payment was successful, please contact sales and provide them with your G Cloud account’s email or phone number as well as the order ID.
  • If your payment has failed to process, please try our other alternative payment methods; PayPal or credit card.

If you purchased through PayPal or Credit Card:

    1. Open G Cloud app → SettingsAccount Settings → and Tap Sync Account (For G Cloud 4.0 users)
or

Open G Cloud app → Go to the menu in the upper left corner → SettingsAccount info and Tap Sync Account (For G Cloud 5.0 users)

    2. If the problem persists, please contact sales and provide them with your G Cloud account’s email or phone number as well as the order ID.
