If you purchased through Google Play:

  • Although credit card authorization *usually* occurs instantly, in rare cases, it may need up to a few hours to complete, so please give it some time.
    If the payment did not reflect on the account, then Open G Cloud app → Tap the Menu icon  in the upper left corner of the app → Select SettingsAccount info → Tap Sync Account.
  • If the problem persists, refer to Google Play’s payment troubleshooting guide:https://support.google.com/wallet/answer/43068?hl=en
  • If the payment was successful, please contact us and provide your G Cloud account’s email or phone number as well as the order ID.
  • If your payment has failed to process, please try our other alternative payment methods; PayPal or credit card.

If you purchased through PayPal or Credit Card:

    1. Open G Cloud app → Tap the Menu icon  in the upper left corner of the app → Account info → Tap Sync Account.

    2. If the problem persists, please contact us and provide your G Cloud account’s email or phone number as well as the order ID.
