For troubleshooting purposes, Technical Support may ask for trace/debugging logs of the G Cloud mobile application. Please note that these logs do not contain any passwords or personal information.

How to Send G Cloud Debugging Logs

  1. Ensure your G Cloud app is updated to the latest version on your Android or iOS device.
  2. Open your G Cloud app and replicate the issue that you are having, or wait for it to happen as it usually does.
  3. From the G Cloud app, tap the Menu ≡ icon in the upper-left corner, then tap the Settings option.
  4. Tap the Send Logs option and proceed with emailing the logs to support@gcloudbackup.com.
