Introduction

For troubleshooting purposes, Technical Support may ask for trace/debugging logs of the GCloud mobile application. Please note that these logs do not contain any passwords or personal information.

For Android Devices

  1. Make sure that your GCloud app is up-to-date.
  2. Open your GCloud app and replicate the issue that you are having or wait for it to happen as it usually does.
  3. From the GCloud app, tap the Menu icon at the upper-left corner, then tap the Settings option.
  4. Tap the Send Logs option and proceed with emailing us the logs to support@gcloudbackup.com.

For iOS Devices

  1. Make sure that your GCloud app is up-to-date.
  2. Open your GCloud app.
  3. Tap the Menu icon at the upper-left corner → SettingsEnable  Logging → Go back to the Home screen of the GCloud app.
  4. Replicate the issue that you are having or wait for it to happen as it usually does.
  5. Tap the Menu icon at the upper-left corner → Settings → Send Logs → Send it to support@gcloudbackup.com.
