- Open G Cloud app.
- Tap the Menu icon
in the upper left corner of the app. - Tab on Backup Now.
When you force G Cloud to run, it will use the available connection, whether it was WiFi or data plan (4G).
- Open your G Cloud app.
- Tap the Start Backup button.
It is recommended that you keep your device plugged in while the backup is running.
