A. Make sure that your G Cloud app is up-to-date.
B. Open your G Cloud app → Tap the Menu icon at the upper left corner → Tap the Settings option.
C. Make sure the Enable Debug Logs option is enabled → Go back to the main screen of the G Cloud app.
D. Replicate the issue that you are having or wait for it to happen as it usually does.
E. Send us the logs by opening the G Cloud app → Tap the Menu icon at the upper left corner → Tap the Settings option → Tap the Send Logs option → Proceed with emailing us the logs to support@gcloudbackup.com.
If you cannot open the G Cloud app to do this step, then go to your My files app (or the equivalent file browsing app on your smartphone) → SD Card (If you’ve no SD card, please select the device’s memory) → G Cloud → Logs → Long press the file inside it (G Cloud.log) → Tap Share → Send it to support@gcloudbackup.com.
