A. Make sure that your GCloud app is up-to-date.
B. Open your G Cloud app and replicate the issue that you are having or wait for it to happen as it usually does.
C. From the G Cloud app, tap the Menu icon at the upper-left corner, then tap the Settings option.
D. Tap the Send Logs option and proceed with emailing us the logs to support@gcloudbackup.com.
If you cannot open the G Cloud app to do this step, then go to your My files app (or the equivalent file browsing app on your smartphone) → SD Card (If you’ve no SD card, please select Internal storage) → G Cloud → Logs → Long press the file(s) inside it (G Cloud.log) → Tap Share → Send it to support@gcloudbackup.com.
