I Have Forgot my Password. What Should I Do?

You will now need to reset your password by doing the following:

1. Click on the link below:
   https://gcloud.zoolz.com/Account/ForgetPassword
2. Type your G Cloud’s email in the blank field and click Submit.
3. An email will be sent to the email you have just entered.
4. Open this email and click on the link there.
   
5. In the page that will appear, type your new password in the first and second field then click Submit.
   
6. Now, your password has been updated, so use it with your G Cloud’s email to sign in to your account.
