The GCloud account will become expired when its subscription (monthly or yearly) does not get renewed for some reason.
As long as the GCloud is expired, no backup or restore activities will be taking place.
To solve this and activate the GCloud account, here is what you need to do:
- Open GCloud App.
- Tap the Menu icon
at the upper-left corner → Store. - Proceed with placing a new subscription by selecting a plan from the one(s) available for you there.
- Open GCloud App → Tap the Menu icon at the upper left corner → Upgrade Account.
- Proceed with placing a new subscription by selecting a plan from the one(s) available for you there.
