I want to delete an old device from my account but I get the error: “This device cannot be deleted, because you have restored files from this device to other devices”. what can I do?

Yes, you can. To do that: Go to: https://gcloud.zoolz.com/Account/Login Sign into your GCloud account. Click on your name/email at the upper right corner of the screen. Select Device Settings. Click on Delete backup to delete the unwanted device. If you encounter any errors messages during this process, click here.
