G Cloud Backup allows you to permanently delete specific files, folders, or devices from your cloud backup. This action frees up cloud storage and ensures that the data will not be re-uploaded to the cloud unless modifications are made locally on your smartphone.

Step 4. If the selected data still exists on your phone, a Delete File pop-up will appear, prompting you to choose where you would like the deletion to apply. You will see the following options:
- Delete from phone: Removes the file from the phone’s local storage only. The copy stored in the cloud remains intact. This option is useful if you want to free up space on your device.
- Delete from Cloud: Deletes the file from your cloud storage only, without affecting the copy stored on your phone. This helps reclaim cloud storage space.
