For Android Devices

By default, G Cloud Backup will back up the following data on Android devices:

Contacts

  • All saved contacts will be backed up to the cloud.

Messages

  • Supported: SMS messages.
  • Not Supported: MMS and Advanced Messaging (Rich Communication Services – RCS).

Call Logs

  • Complete call history, including incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.

Documents (Supported formats)

  • doc, docx, html, rtf, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, pdf, pages, csv, odf, odt, ods, odp, sxw, sxc, tsv, snb, txt

Videos (Supported formats)

  • 3gp, mp4, mkv, avi, ts, webm, wmv, flv, mov

Music (Supported formats)
