- Sign in to your G Cloud online account.
- From the drop- down menu of Select Device, select the device that you want to restore from.
- From the left menu, select the Contacts category.
- Look for the contacts version (date) that you want to restore by selecting the date from the menu next to Showing.
- From the Settings menu, select the Download All option.
- Now, you will be asked to select the file extension that you want to download your contacts as. You can select CSV or VCF.
- Finally import these contacts to iPhone, Blackberry or email clients like Outlook or Gmail. You can search Google for the best way to import them.
- Open G Cloud App.
- Tap on the Restore button.
- Select the device that you want to restore from.
- Select the Contacts category.
- Select the date that you want to restore from.
- Tap the Restore button.
- Tap proceed to confirm the restoration process.
