As a GCloud Backup subscriber, you have the flexibility to update your payment and billing information through the billing portal associated with your chosen payment method.
For Google Play Subscribers
If you manage your GCloud Backup subscription through Google Play, follow Google’s instructions for updating your payment method(s) by clicking here.
For Apple Account Subscribers
If you manage your GCloud Backup subscription via an Apple account, refer to Apple’s guide for managing payment methods here.
For Stripe Payment Portal Users
If your subscription is managed through Stripe, please contact our Sales team at sales@gcloudbackup.com for assistance with updating your billing details.
For 2CheckOut (2CO) Payment Portal Users
- Navigate to the 2CheckOut Account Login page.
- Log in to your 2CO account using either the email address associated with your payment or the Order Reference number from your latest GCloud Backup payment receipt. You can find these details in the email confirmation received from the payment portal after successfully completing a payment.
