Introduction

If your current GCloud plan no longer meets your needs, you can easily upgrade to a plan with more cloud storage to ensure your backups continue smoothly and prevent data loss. This guide outlines the steps to upgrade your GCloud account plan.

Upgrading to a new plan does not automatically cancel your existing one. To avoid duplicate payments, please review your active subscriptions and cancel any outdated plans. For further assistance, feel free to contact our Sales team.

For Android Users

  1. Ensure your GCloud app is updated to the latest version.
  2. Open the GCloud app, tap the menu icon at the top-left corner, and select the Store option.
  3. Browse the available plans and choose the one that best suits your needs.
  4. Tap Subscribe and complete your purchase through your Google Play Store account.
After successfully subscribing to the new plan, you will receive a confirmation email from Google Play with the details of your order.
Reminder: As mentioned earlier, upgrading does not automatically cancel your previous plan. Ensure to cancel any outdated subscriptions to avoid duplicate charges. Contact the Sales team if needed.

For iOS Users

  1. Make sure your GCloud app is up to date.
  2. Open the GCloud app, tap the menu icon at the top-left corner, and select the Upgrade Account option.
  3. Review the available plans and select the one that fits your needs.
  4. Complete your purchase via your Apple App Store account.
Once the new plan is purchased, Apple will send a confirmation email with your order details.
