Upgrade G Cloud Backup Account

If your current G Cloud plan no longer meets your needs, you can easily upgrade to a plan with more cloud storage to ensure your backups continue smoothly and prevent data loss. This guide outlines the steps to upgrade your G Cloud account plan.

Upgrading to a new plan does not automatically cancel your existing one. To avoid duplicate payments, please review your active subscriptions and cancel any outdated plans. For further assistance, feel free to contact our Sales team.

How to Upgrade Your G Cloud Plan

  1. Ensure your G Cloud app is updated to the latest version on your Android or iOS device.
  2. Open the G Cloud app.
  3. Tap the menu icon ≡ in the upper-left corner and select Store.
  4. Browse the available plans and choose the one that best suits your needs.
  5. Tap Subscribe and complete your purchase.
After successfully subscribing to the new plan, you will receive a confirmation email from the payment gateway with the details of your order.
