The G Cloud account will become expired when its subscription (monthly or yearly) does not get renewed for some reason.
As long as the G Cloud is expired, no backup or restore activities will be taking place.
To solve this and activate the G Cloud account, here is what you need to do:
- Open G Cloud App.
- Tap the Menu icon
at the upper-left corner → Store. - Proceed with placing a new subscription by selecting a plan from the one(s) available for you there.
- Open G Cloud App → Tap the Menu icon at the upper left corner → Upgrade Account.
- Proceed with placing a new subscription by selecting a plan from the one(s) available for you there.
