– If G Cloud is installed on your device
- Open G Cloud app → Tap the Menu icon
in the upper left corner of the app → Select Settings → Account info.
- As for the password, G Cloud allows the users to use their emails to reset it. In case you forgot it, use the email obtained from the previous step with the following link to reset it:

Keep in mind that by resetting the password, G Cloud installed on your device will stop the backup and will sign out waiting for you to sign in again.

– If G Cloud is not installed on your device
Try all your possible emails or phone numbers in the following Forgot Password link. The one that sends the request, is the one you used with your G Cloud account:

By default, G Cloud pre-fills your account with the default Gmail account for your Android device if you have signed up by email. You can find this email in (Settings → Accounts and Sync). Try it and any other possible email you have in the previous Forget Password link.
